Say them slowly and in a meaningful way.
Feel the words in your body.
Pause between each line.
May I be safe and protected from inner and outer harm,
May I be happy and peaceful just as I am,
May I be kind and loving with myself especially in times of difficulty,
May I be strong and healthy in my body,
May I care for myself joyfully in this life.
